"Fantastic spot! The interior design is fun, light, and interesting. The bartenders are friendly and easy to chat with while also having a keen sense on timing - like meeting with a business counterpart offering additional service at the perfect timing. Looks like a wonderful place to hunker down and get some work done while enjoying the atmosphere. Heard from my conversations with the staff that they will open a "listening room" where guests can listen to real records with individual headphones, giving a truly unique experience! I'm looking forward to experiencing this room soon. I'll also need to try the food next time as well. They are keeping it limited but dedicated. This place is a must, whether a meeting or for a casual solo trip. For only being open for two weeks, they have a lot going for them!"

The restaurant is tucked between office buildings in the Biltmore area, so finding it was a bit of a challenge, but definitely worth it. It has a sleek, corporate vibe, likely catering to nearby office staff. The food was delicious, and I ordered a mocktail that was both fresh and flavorful. "Category: Gastropub. Hearsay is nicknamed “social kitchen’ for good reason. Modern, open, sleek, and sprawling, it has a vibrant buzz and magnetic atmosphere that seems to make people chatty, happy, and good looking, though the generous happy hour may also be a major contributor. The long front wall opens on beautiful afternoons and evenings, making the whole place indoor/outdoor, as it was when we visited. Deeper inside are large tables for big groups and big TVs for big games. The menu is solidly gastropub, with a strong cocktails slant, especially during happy hour. Though we didn’t order it, I loved the concept of the Adult Happy Meal: Pickletini, Steakhouse Sliders, and Truffle Fries. But we did order and enjoy an order of the truffle fries, charcuterie board, meatballs, and Elote Dip & Chips. Perfectly shareable and perfectly tasty among our group of six. The menu clearly places an emphasis on quality ingredients and visual appeal, which elevated the entire experience. Where Hearsay truly shines is in its cocktail program. "Hearsay completely won me over from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere is exactly what you want when you're looking for an intimate dining experience — warm, inviting, and the kind of place that makes you want to linger long after your meal is done. The food was genuinely impressive across the board. Everything was well-crafted and flavorful, But the real standout of the night? The caramel vegan cheesecake. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but it was absolutely delicious — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with that caramel sweetness. It's the kind of dessert you think about on the drive home. Drove 2 hours & I'll definitely be back — if only to order that cheesecake again. Also Shabaz was an amazing waiter"

"Hearsay is a new restaurant in the Esplanade at Biltmore that gives off a very modern feel and casual vibe. This is a perfect spot for happy hours after work, a nice dinner, or brunch on the weekends! My favorite was the Cavatelli Bolognese, which had a delicious sauce with a hint of sweet in it and very fresh Cavatelli noodles. I also enjoyed the Tuna Tartare, the spicy mayo was delicious. The house aïoli that came with the truffle fries was a must have! Really good experience, I’d like to also try their new brunch menu."

"This space is gorgeous!! Great spot to grab drinks, food or apps. Their happy hour menu is solid. A place to work, hang out or even have a nice lunch or dinner. Everything we got was delicious and our server was super sweet! Also if you come and park in the garage, you can get your ticket validated !"
